This 10-story Airport Hotel stands as a monumental landmark in hospitality design. Spanning ten levels of premium space, the project was engineered to provide a seamless transition from high-traffic public zones to tranquil private sanctuaries. George Group managed the entire interior ecosystem, ensuring a consistent five-star experience from the Ground Floor lobby to the exclusive tenth-level suites.

Design Concept
- Vertical Excellence:
The architectural hierarchy culminates in a sophisticated tenth floor, designed to offer maximum privacy and panoramic views, defining the pinnacle of transit luxury.
- High-Traffic Serenity:
Despite its massive scale, the design utilizes organic elements and intelligent spatial flow to ensure travelers feel a sense of calm and order throughout the 10-story structure.
Key Spaces
- The Grand Lobby (GF):
A soaring entrance that serves as a vibrant social anchor, featuring a signature bar and efficient check-in systems for global travelers.
- Wellness & Social Hubs:
The lower levels are dedicated to lifestyle amenities, including a professional-grade fitness gym and a rooftop-style swimming pool.
- The Guestroom Collection:
Spanning from the 2nd to the 10th floor, every room is a masterpiece of efficiency, featuring bespoke joinery and high-performance soundproofing.
Material & Texture Palettes
- Commercial-Grade Luxury:
Materials were selected for extreme durability to withstand heavy use while maintaining a sophisticated, upscale aesthetic.
- Refined Material Contrast:
