• Indoor-Outdoor Fluidity:

The heart of the design is the massive ground-floor deck and the floating staircase, which create a continuous flow from the social Lobby to the natural surroundings.

• Volumetric Light:

By incorporating high ceilings and a “Void Above” strategy in the main living areas, the design maximizes natural light penetration, giving the minimalist spaces a dynamic, airy feel.

Key Spaces

• The Living Pavilion:

A sun-drenched living room surrounded by full-height glazing, featuring slim-profile frames that offer unobstructed views of the deck.

• Versatile Private Wings:

The project includes specialized rooms such as a Music Room and a Main Study, showcasing the ability to customize spaces for professional and artistic pursuits.

• Ensuite Sanctuary:

Each bedroom is designed as a private suite with integrated Ensuite bathrooms, emphasizing boutique-hotel standards in a residential setting.

Material & Texture Palettes

• Sleek Transparency:

The extensive use of glass and slim aluminum frames provides a sense of “weightless” luxury, allowing the landscape to become the primary wall decor.

• Organic Textures:

To ground the modern glass structure, warm timber decking and soft-toned internal finishes were selected to add warmth and a connection to the earth.

• Refined Minimalism:

Matte-finished surfaces and handleless cabinetry ensure that the interior remains secondary to the views while maintaining an upscale, clutter-free aesthetic.
